Stop Anxiety Attacks and Regain Control of Life

Anxiety attacks are very serious, a disorder that people in every country struggle with, some minor, and some major.

If you suffer from anxiety attacks, you need to know that others know what you are going through and while debilitating, talk to your doctor because you do have treatment options. Once you learn how to stop anxiety attacks, you will be able to study in school, perform at work, and take back control of your life.

Typically, people with anxiety attacks share many common symptoms such as pain or tightness in the chest, stomach aches and digestive problems, irritation and mood swings, heart palpitations, and more. Anxiety attacks are frightening but instead of letting them control your life, talk to your physician so tests can confirm the problem while rule out additional health concerns. Once the doctor knows you have an anxiety disorder, he or she can then go over a variety of
treatment options.

Obviously, anxiety disorders are quite serious. Because of this, studies have become more intense to determine the various triggers. While medical doctors and scientists agree on some findings, they all agree that more research is needed. For instance, some professionals believe that anxiety attacks are inherited while others do not. However, they all agree that an imbalance of the brain’s chemicals and post traumatic stress disorder are somehow involved.

Within the brain are neurotransmitters that contain chemicals. These transmitters are responsible for sending out signals to other parts of the body. Therefore, when these chemicals are imbalanced, the signals are disrupted, causing the onset of an anxiety attack. Then, if faced with divorce, death, major illness, or even an experience such as a loved one fighting in war, some people have trouble coping, which leads to post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety attacks.

If you have anxiety attacks, even if infrequently, you probably have symptoms of chest pain, headache, and even digestive problems. This disorder is very serious and some people have experienced anxiety attacks so horrific that they believe they are having a heart attack. In fact, this intensity has led some people to call 911 for an ambulance.

By talking to your doctor, the two of you can come up with solutions so you can stop anxiety attacks and take back control of your life.
